What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in operations, transformation, or business systems
• Strong analytical skills - Excel, dashboards, and performance metrics are second nature
• Experience in ERP/CRM tools and operational software
• A track record of turning inefficiency into streamlined systems
• Ability to pass a CCAT & skills-based operations test
• High standards, independent ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
• Comfort in remote-first environments and async communication
• A bias for action and the humility to learn, improve, and adapt fast
