  • IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an in-person role located on-site in Miami, FL.

If you’re the type who sees potential where others see problems, who believes that kids rise to the level of your expectations, you might be the right fit for this high-impact role.

At Alpha, we reject the idea that traditional school is the best we can offer. We believe that with the right tools and the right expectations, all kids can achieve far more, far faster. Our K-2 team doesn’t lecture, they coach. Students here master core academics in just two hours a day using AI-powered platforms. Your job is to make sure those hours count. That means helping every student—regardless of background or starting point—build the habits, confidence, and mindset they need to thrive.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to hold high expectations and build deep trust. Someone who can walk into a room of 5-year-olds and get them moving with purpose. Someone who believes that every child is capable and knows how to make them believe it, too.

Candidate requirements

  • Must be able to work full-time and in-person at our campus in Miami, FL.
  • A college degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, afterschool, coaching, or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage groups of young kids with both structure and joy.
  • Growth mindset and coachable attitude.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
